1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through our online ticketing system powered by Tickethead.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 A contract for ticket purchase is concluded once you complete the purchase on Tickethead and receive an email confirmation.
2.2 Ticket presentations on our website are invitations to treat and not binding offers.

3.1 All prices are quoted in Euro. No VAT is included or applicable.
3.2 Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.1 Tickets will be delivered electronically via email immediately after the purchase is confirmed.

5.2 In the event of event cancellation or rescheduling, customers will be notified and offered a full refund. Refunds are handled by Tickethead, please contact their support if needed.

6.1 We are only liable for damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by us or our agents.
6.2 Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability in such cases is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

7.1 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding UN Sales Law.
8.2 Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
8.3 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to these terms is the competent court in Vienna.
